Welcome to Dealamaze Technologies! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions:

• Services: Refers to all services provided by Dealamaze Technologies, including but not limited to web development, custom software development, mobile app development, MEAN stack development, MERN stack development, SaaS development, MVP development, and chat bot development.
• Client: Refers to any individual or entity that engages Dealamaze Technologies for services.
• Agreement: Refers to these Terms of Service and any additional agreements between Dealamaze Technologies and the Client.

2. Services Provided: Dealamaze Technologies offers the following services:

• Web Development: Tailored web solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Custom Software Development: Development of bespoke software applications.
• Mobile App Development: Creation of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• MEAN Stack Development: Full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• MERN Stack Development: Full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• SaaS Development: Development of Software as a Service applications.
• MVP Development: Creation of Minimum Viable Products to validate business ideas.
• Chat Bot Development: Designing and implementing chat bots for various applications.

3. Client Responsibilities:

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Maintain any necessary licenses for third-party software and services used in the project.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment details, schedules, and methods will be outlined in individual project proposals.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the proposal.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project. This obligation will continue beyond the termination of the Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property:

• The Client retains ownership of all materials and intellectual property provided to Dealamaze Technologies.
• Dealamaze Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing materials and tools used in the creation of final deliverables.
• Upon full payment, Dealamaze Technologies grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers:

• Dealamaze Technologies will strive to deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The Client is responsible for testing and evaluating the final deliverables.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• Dealamaze Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service involved.

9. Termination:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these terms. Upon termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of *HYDERABAD JURISDICTION, Hyderabad, Telangana India.

11. Changes to Terms:

• Dealamaze Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
